How we work

A month of intensity. Two months to make it compound.

We work in repeating three-month cycles. The cadence is designed to create uncommon focus without pretending that maximum intensity can or should last forever.

Month 01

Retreat

Compress roughly three months of progress into one focused month.

Month 02

Consolidate

Finish, repair, respond, and turn the sprint’s output into reliable systems.

Month 03

Compound

Clean up what remains, explore what emerged, recover, and prepare the next cycle.

During the retreat

Shared place. Shared rhythm. Clear finish line.

We co-locate, set ambitious and measurable outcomes, reduce distractions, and try to keep the same daily rhythm, including exercise and focused work blocks.

The retreat is where the team creates momentum together. Attendance is the default because the shared environment is part of the system, not a perk.

Intensity is bounded. We review what we achieved at the end and change the operating system when it did not work.

During consolidation

More autonomy. The same accountability.

The following two months are remote or hybrid and materially more flexible. We finish what needs finishing, handle new realities, and recover from the sprint.

Time off is flexible and unlimited during these months when planned and communicated early. We care about outcomes, reliability, and closing loops rather than counting days at a desk.

We are Europe-oriented and expect frequent in-person work. As the company grows, that may become a permanent European hub.
